Vanessa was born in North London in 1975 and grew up with her parents and elder sister Alexandra, who sadly died in 2013 at the age of 42. At the earliest opportunity she was out in the world, but was forever scribbling & never settled for long, being a social butterfly. She was a door supervisor for several years, then came School Attendance, then Venue Management & Facilities Management and now PR & Marketing.

A devoted wife, with one son and two dogs – a tiny crazy Heinz 57 who was rescued from a rubbish bin somewhere in Spain and the chunky family Cane Corso beast – they reside in the North Essex Countryside.
